[EN] Exhibition's stage has become a changing exercise over time, linked to a way of thinking historically the work. There are new museographic responses born of the participation of artists, architects and designers, and the role of the curator who, at times, transforms his role as theoretician in artist. Following this evolutionary dynamic, the exhibition has thus forged an almost independent identity of the museum itself. The meaning of the work in the place develops a new grammar that turns the exhibition into a work of art and also opens a debate around its current role

El préstamo de libros y documentos entre entidades o instituciones es cada vez más frecuente. Al mismo tiempo que una oportunidad para la difusión de los fondos documentales, supone la necesidad de gestión de estos préstamos y el establecimiento de los controles necesarios para que se lleven a cabo con garantías para la conservación de las obras. La figura del correo tiene un papel fundamental en esta tarea. En la Biblioteca Histórica de la Universidad Complutense se realiza esta labor siguiendo un procedimiento que permite ser adaptado a las diferentes necesidades de los préstamos y la tipología documental. Fundamental contribution to filling out the condition reports of the work of arts involved in temporary exhibitions is provided by non-invasive investigation techniques. Investigation, carried out before and after the movement, allow to collect objective data to monitoring the surface or structural alterations and defining the state of conservation, representing an important moment of deepening of knowledge. Generally, these aspects often are left to photographic documentation and observations by conservators and curators.
